How do I place an order?
Our products are custom designed and
every arrangement is unique to each wedding. Please
contact us and let us know
what products you are interested in ordering and the design
process will then begin. We will always have every design
element in place before the actual construction of the
product starts to ensure that the colors and accessories to
be used complement your specific wedding theme.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you want to make any changes to
your order, please contact us
as soon as possible. Once payment is received, orders are
nonrefundable.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made from the
following:
- Major Credit Card (Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
- Money order or cashiers check
If you choose to pay by money order or
cashiers check, you will be provided with a mailing address
for payment. Once payment is received, our team will begin
working on your order.
How long will my order take?
Depending on the size, orders take
approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. Please indicate the
date you need to have your items by. We understand that you
are anxious to see your finished product, but handcrafting
these products takes time and we always ensure everything is
perfect and beautiful. We will contact you once your order
is complete and ready to ship. We can accommodate rush
orders.
How will my order be shipped?
Our products are shipped via USPS
Priority Mail with standard shipping times. Shipping costs
are generally $20 and include insurance and delivery
confirmation. We will accommodate expedited shipping
requests via UPS or FedEx.
Please note that shipping insurance
covers loss or damage while in transit, not the replacement
of items where delivery confirmation states the package was
delivered.
We will also ship internationally, but
please contact us for
further information.
What is your return policy?
We want every bride to be extremely
happy with her purchase, and that is why we take the time to
design each product to the bride’s liking. All of our
products are custom made and are nonrefundable. We advise
that each bride has an understanding of all the design
elements of each product before placing an order.
What is Crystal Bloom’s Privacy
Policy?
We understand the confidential nature
of your personal information. We do not release our
customers information, nor do we keep any information on
file that may be obtained during the business transaction.
What are AB crystals?
Aurora Borealis crystals are clear
crystals with a light rainbow coating that reflects
variations of light and color in tones of pale yellow, light
blue, and pink. It adds another dimension of sparkle and is
truly a beautiful addition to crystal bouquets and
accessories.
What colors can you use in your
designs?
Please see our color chart on our
products page to see the options we have available. The
colors we carry are very popular and fit with most wedding
color schemes. We can mix any color combination and any
number of different colors. If you don’t see something that
works for you, please contact us
and we will be sure to find the colors you want for your
special day.
Can I place a large order?
Our team at Crystal Bloom is fit to
handle an order of any size. Please let us know the date you
need your products by, keeping in mind the standard shipping
time that most orders require.
